You may think this is ridiculous, I have been a teacher for 15 years, and all I knew about the world was the pictures of China, Asia, Africa and Europe, the bigger pictures still would be Earth, Moon and Mars, and extended to the galaxy. After course, I realized that the world refers to time and space. It was then that I felt how tiny I am, and how ridiculous it really is for human beings to think they know so much! Coming here was really rewarding.

The teachers awakened my love for my parents. How could we blame our parents when it is not easy to repay them for raising us up! When I realized this, I was deeply remorseful and shed tears of regret. The teachers also resolved the resentments between me and my mum, we are now getting closer to each other. Thanks to the BNF courses, it taught me how to build a healthy and harmonious family.

Truly, an experience that awakened me to what I had done in the years that had passed. What did I do that was of value to society? How much time were wasted? In the remaining ahead, I want to wake up, to feel and live my life in every present moment; make sure to learn from my teachers, spreading love and kindness; let life awaken life, and let more lives rise together in the new era!

I had a free spiritual meal full of great values under the care and teaching from a group of people with great heart. Without them, I would still be living in a muddled ego, unaware of the preciousness of the human body I have, unaware of the illusion of the world I live in and would never think about the true meaning of life. From this moment on, I feel reborn, I will no longer live without a purpose, I will live my limited life with kindness to others and indeed to any living beings, in harmony with my family, in service to society, in pursuit of truth as our ultimate goal.

As human beings, one of the questions we must face is, ‘How we should live our life.’ In my own case, I have always lived with the flow without clear goals. Today’s lesson reveals the truth about life—the Three Sufferings and Impermanent. Life is the process of cultivating your soul, what is the most important thing? Do I live to satisfy my desire for food, or my desire for love, or my desire for wealth? Either way, before I joined the BNF community, my life was not devoid of the ‘Five Desires’—wealth, sex, fame, food and sleep.
