1. Who We Are

AllAsOne ("the App") is developed and operated by Bodhisattva Nature Foundation, a registered non-profit organization, to serve a Buddhist learning community with courses, scripture reading, audio, events, community discussion, and charity transparency. We collect only what is necessary to provide the service.

2. Information We Collect

• You provide: email or phone number, verification codes and password for your account; nickname, avatar and bio; content you post (text, images, audio/video, files); chat messages (text, media, voice, files, locations you manually pick, contact cards you choose to share); event registrations, study progress, quiz answers and similar participation records.
• Collected automatically: device model, OS and app version, language, push token; usage data such as playback/reading progress, likes and bookmarks, crash and performance logs.
• We do NOT: track your precise location in the background (location messages are picked and sent manually by you), read your contacts or full photo library, sell user data, or perform cross-app ad tracking.

Device permissions (camera/photos, microphone, notifications) are optional and requested only when you use the related feature.

3. How We Use Information

To operate your account and the core features; sync progress and personalize content (controllable in the in-app Privacy Center); deliver notifications subject to your preferences; keep the community safe (reports, anti-abuse, enforcement of our Terms); and meet legal and charity-disclosure obligations.

4. Sharing

We share data only with infrastructure providers needed to run the service (cloud hosting and storage, Apple APNs / Google FCM push delivery, real-time audio/video service for calls and group practice), with other users to the extent you make information visible (fully controllable per field in the Privacy Center; contact fields default to minimal visibility), and where required by law. We never sell user data.

5. Storage & Security

Data is transmitted over HTTPS/TLS and credentials are stored encrypted. We retain data only as long as needed; deleted content and closed accounts are erased or anonymized except where retention is legally required.

6. Your Rights

Through the in-app Privacy Center you can view and correct your profile, control per-field visibility (e.g. phone/email), manage who can message you, enable/disable visitor logs, set do-not-disturb windows, export a copy of your data, and delete your account (with a cooling-off period, after which personal data is deleted or anonymized). You may also exercise these rights via the contact below.

7. Children

The App offers a Teen Mode with content restrictions and guardian controls. The service is not directed at children under 13; if we learn we have collected such data we will delete it promptly.
