本协议是您与 Bodhisattva Nature Foundation（菩萨本性自然基金会，下称"我们"）之间就使用「和光同尘」应用（下称"本应用"）达成的约定。您注册、登录或使用本应用，即表示已阅读并同意本协议及《隐私政策》。若不同意，请停止使用。
本应用是面向佛教学修社区的非营利性平台，提供课程学习、经书阅读、音频收听、活动与共修、社区交流、慈善公示等功能。全部弘法内容免费提供。我们会不断调整和改进功能，重大变更将以适当方式告知。
为维护清净和合的社区氛围，您承诺不发布或传播以下内容，不从事以下行为：
举报与处置：应用内提供逐条内容的举报入口与用户拉黑功能。我们将在收到举报后及时处理（一般不超过 24 小时），并视情节采取删除内容、限制功能、封禁账号等措施。对处置有异议的，您可通过应用内申诉渠道或第 10 条联系方式申诉。
本协议的订立与履行适用运营主体注册地的法律。因本协议产生的争议，双方应友好协商解决；协商不成的，提交运营主体注册地有管辖权的法院处理。

These Terms are an agreement between you and Bodhisattva Nature Foundation ("we"). By registering or using the AllAsOne app you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
AllAsOne is a non-profit platform for a Buddhist learning community: courses, scripture reading, audio, events and group practice, community discussion, and charity transparency. All dharma content is free of charge.
Register with a valid email or phone number and keep your credentials safe; activity under your account is deemed yours. One account per person; accounts may not be transferred or sold.
You are responsible for content you post and warrant you have the necessary rights. You grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to store, display and distribute your publicly posted content within the service, ending when you delete the content or your account (except where retention is legally required). All courses, scriptures and audio provided by us or our partners remain the property of their rights holders.
You agree not to post unlawful, hateful, pornographic, fraudulent, harassing or defamatory content; not to spam, impersonate, scrape or attack the service; and not to conduct unauthorized fundraising or commerce in our name. The App provides per-item reporting and user blocking. We act on reports promptly (normally within 24 hours) and may remove content, restrict features or suspend accounts, with an in-app appeal channel.
Donations to the Foundation are voluntary and made only through channels published on our website or in the App; we publish charity disclosures as required by law. In-app points and merit records are learning incentives only — they have no monetary value and cannot be redeemed for cash.
Content is for practice and study and is not professional advice. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may amend these Terms with prior notice of material changes; continued use constitutes acceptance. You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time; we may suspend accounts for serious violations.
